Only problem is similar rumors have been swatted down repeatedly by the couple. Celebrities Align With Charities to Raise Haiti Relief Funds

Hollywood stars are rallying to provide money for earthquake devastated Haiti and many are working through charities that anyone can contribute to. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, Sandra Bullock, George Clooney, Matt Damon, Don Cheadle and producer Jerry Weintraub have contributed. Shakira and Alyssa Milano are supporting UNICEF. Oprah Winfrey is urging donations to the Red Cross, along with First Lady Michelle Obama and supermodel Gisele Bundchen. Scarlett Johansson and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin are urging support for Oxfam. And, Ben Stiller is supporting Save Our Children.
George Clooney Haiti Telethon: New Details Released

New details have been released on George Clooney’s planned “Hope for Haiti” telethon, which will raise funds for victims in the earthquake torn island nation. Separately, “Not on Our Watch” a group founded by Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, Brad Pitt, Clooney and producer Jerry Weintraub said today it will give $1 million to provide medical services to the earthquake victims. MTV Networks, which is presenting “Hope for Haiti,” said in a statement today (Jan. 15) the telethon will be global and air commercial free on eleven television networks, from the big four U.S. networks to cable outlets like HBO and CNN International. The show will air Friday, Jan. 22, at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT and 7:00 p.m. CT.
