“Has anyone ever tried cupping? When u know you are doing something good for ur body the meditation creates intense visions. Love it!” she wrote.
Gwyneth Paltrow and Britney Spears also use this ancient Chinese practice in which suction cups are applied to the skin’s surface and help remove toxins and heal other ailments.

She’s hopping mad at fiancé Jason Trawick who was reportedly spotted in the arms of another woman at a Los Angeles bar. Spears, 28, is now giving Trawick, who also doubles as her manager, the cold shoulder. She reportedly is refusing to take his calls and has changed the color of her hair to dark brown to symbolize her change of heart. She was married high school sweetheart Jason Alexander in 2006 in a quickie Vegas marriage and her marriage to dancer Kevin Federline crumbled after two children.
